Businesses are being encouraged to sign up to sending e-cards to their customers this Christmas and help a Children’s Cancer Charity at the same time.

The National Alliance of Childhood Cancer Parent Organisations (NACCPO) are being supported by on-line marketing company Mmunic Ltd. who have designed an interactive Christmas greetings card for businesses to send to all their contacts to replace the more traditional Christmas card.

Managing Director of Mmunic Ltd. Jamie Stevens said: “We decided that we wanted to help NACCPO as it is a very worthy cause and this scheme will help the environment at the same time.  Christmas is a busy time of year and businesses can save time and money and show their charitable side by sending our professional e-greeting to all of their contacts”.

This e-cards promotion costs just £99 and can be sent to an unlimited number of recipients and will include a one-off report which shows who on the contact list has read the greeting.

Jamie added: “This is an ideal way to ‘remind’ customers that you are still available, there are no postage costs and no cards to write and you are helping children with cancer at the same time.”

Operations Manager for NACCPO Rachael Olley said: “We are delighted that Mmunic have chosen to support us particularly in such an environmentally-friendly way and I hope that people will spare a thought for the families who may be spending Christmastime in hospital with their seriously ill child.  If businesses are kind enough to support us we can help more families through the devastation that a diagnosis of childhood cancer brings.”
