Hydes Brewery is a regional, independent family brewery with over 65 pubs across the North West. As more of our customers are moving online, we decided to implement a new digital marketing facility for our key sites, enabling us to communicate effectively with our target markets.
After our initial meeting with Reach, we recognised the huge potential of developing simple, cost effective, e-newsletter campaigns for our larger sites, allowing us to communicate events, promotions and drive traffic to their individual websites.
The team at Reach have delivered valuable training on developing the campaigns and analysing the data, worked closely with us to design the campaign templates and have provided excellent support throughout the whole process.
Results from our first campaign have shown that 18% of recipients clicked through the campaign to find out more about the site and its offering, and has resulted in several leads. We were thrilled with the success of the first campaign and we are now rolling out similar campaigns for other sites in our estate.
